Harvey N. Rose Ski Endowed Scholarship

Harvey N. Rose 50 (business administration) was a member of the ski team for all four years of his college career. Harvey sold insurance for 41 years, with his wife Kitty by his side for 20 years as his secretary. Both of their daughters Robin and Rochelle are Nevada alumni and were involved in women s athletics. Kitty established this fund in 1996 to support full-time junior or senior ski team members who demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. First preference shall be given to student-athletes who reside in Nevada or northern California. Second preference will be given to student-athletes who are U.S. residents.
