Dr. Ross L. & Dorothy D. Ballard Memorial Nursing Endowed Scholarship

Dr. Ross Ballard and Dorothy Dodd Ballard’s lives were dedicated to his patients and the Ballard children. Daughter Catherine created this memorial scholarship in honor of both parents. Recipients shall be female nursing majors with junior or senior standing and who maintain a minimum 3.25 GPA. Nevada residents and students from adjacent California counties are eligible.
