Raymond C. Tso, D.M.D. Memorial Scholarship

Raymond C. Tso ‘88 and his sister, Sylvia Tso ’89, established the Tso Family Scholarship in 2000 to help students as each of them had received scholarships at Nevada. Sylvia and Raymond both continued their higher education and went on to become dentists. Raymond passed away unexpectedly in 2014 and it was his sister Sylvia’s wish that the Tso Family Scholarship be re-named to honor Raymond and its purpose will be to assist Nevada students whose intent is to pursue a career in general dentistry and/or medicine. Recipients shall be full-time students, have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and be students pursuing a career in dentistry and/or medicine. If medicine, recipients should be pursuing specialization in cardiology or neurology.
