Richard Fulstone Family Endowed Scholarship

For years, Richard and Georgia Fulstone have provided scholarships to university-bound students from Smith Valley High School and by establishing this scholarship endowment their generosity will continue in perpetuity. Recipients shall be entering freshman who are graduates of Smith Valley High School.
