Coulter Foundation Scholarship

For more than 50 years, the Viola Vestal Coulter Foundation has made annual grants to institutions of higher learning throughout the western United States. The foundation was organized and initially funded in 1938 by William Jesse Coulter in memory of this first wife who died in 1935. This scholarship is open to students pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering or a MS degree in Hydrology.
