Betsy Caughlin Donnelly Endowed Scholarship

Born in 1902 in the Truckee Meadows, Betsy Caughlin Donnelly spent her formative years growing up on the family’s 3,000 acre ranch. She attended Reno High School and though she never attended college, she had a fine appreciation for education and was well read. This scholarship endowment was established in 1999 with a generous gift from the Elizabeth Caughlin Donnelly Trust to benefit undergraduate students who graduated from Nevada high schools, demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
