Carlos Borland Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Carlos Borland was stationed in Korea during the time the Seoul Games were going on. Carlos joined the Army and served from October 1986 to July 1991. His parents established this scholarship in his honor in 2001. Recipients will be criminal justice majors with preference given to students who plan to enter law enforcement. Recipients will be full-time students with a 3.0 GPA and demonstrated financial need.
