Officer John Bohach Memorial Endowed Scholarship

John Bohach served 13 years as a Reno police officer before he was fatally shot in the line of duty. To honor his memory, the Bohach family and friends established this scholarship in 2002. Recipients shall be pursuing a criminal justice degree with a preference for students who plan to enter law enforcement. Recipients will be full-time students who demonstrate financial need and hold a 3.0 GPA.
