Black Eagle Consulting CE Endowed Scholarship

Black Eagle Consulting is a geotechnical consulting and materials testing and inspection firm. In order to support the next generation of civil and geotechnical engineers, Black Eagle Consulting established this scholarship in 2002. Recipients will be students majoring in civil engineering with a 2.8 GPA. First preference will be given to students of Native American heritage. Preference will further be given to a student studying geotechnical engineering, and if no such recipient is eligible, the recipient will be a civil engineering student.
