Marshall & Chrissie Phillips Endowed Scholarship

Marcella N. Phillips, who passed away in 2003, established this fund with a portion of her estate to establish a scholarship fund in memory of her parents, Marshall and Chrissie Phillips, for awarding to deserving students who are residents of Storey County. Recipients must be enrolled full-time and demonstrate financial need.
