Denny Jones Material Science Endowed Scholarship

A professor of 24 years at the University, Denny A. Jones ’60 (mechanical engineering) was dedicated to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving as bishop of the young adult congregation near the University. In his honor, this scholarship was established in 2004. Recipients will be undergraduate students majoring in material science and engineering with a 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students participating in intercollegiate athletics.
