Howdy Davis Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Howdy Lee Davis 90 (electrical engineering) had his promising career as a licensed professional engineer and Vice President of Network Electric cut short when he passed away in June of 2000. Richard “Howdy” Davis and Donna Davis, together with the family and many friends of Howdy created this endowment to support scholarships for worthy full-time juniors who have graduated from an accredited Northern Nevada high school, have a 3.3 grade point average to be considered for this award and shall maintain a 3.3 GPA, are pursuing a degree in Engineering or Education, and demonstrate financial need.
