Betty Jean Crowley Memorial Endowed for Piano Students

Betty Jean Crowley was the first female draftsman at Hughes Aircrafts in Los Angeles. During WWII, she visited injured servicemen at the Veteran’s Hospital and played piano for them. Established in her honor in 2005, this scholarship is for full-time undergraduates pursuing a degree in music performance or education with an emphasis in piano. Recipients will have demonstrated financial need.
