Lowell C. and Frances W. Bernard Endowed Scholarship

Family and friends established this scholarship in honor of the late Lowell Bernard and his wife, Francis Bernard, both proud Nevada alumni and married for 56 years. Lowell held many public service positions in his lifetime, including serving as president of the Nevada Society of CPAs, and was named a Distinguished Nevadan and 1994 Alumnus of the Year by the University. Recipients of the scholarship must be majoring in accounting and must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
