Ralph E. and Rose A. Hoeper Endowed Scholarship in Electrical Engineering

A submariner in WWII, Ralph E. Hoeper ‘51 (electrical engineering) was a pioneer of telephony in California. His wife, Rose, appreciated the importance of Ralph’s education and established this scholarship in 2005. Recipients will be full-time students majoring in electrical engineering with a 3.5 GPA. Preference will be given to National Merit Scholars.
