George Shaw Endowed Scholarship

George Shaw ’59 (mechanical engineering) was a registered civil engineer in several states who mentored many engineers, including students and new graduates from the University. To honor his life and work, this scholarship was established in 2005. Recipients will be majors in civil and environmental engineering with a 3.0 GPA. Recipients will be residents of the state of Nevada.
