Washoe County District Board of Health Scholarship

Through its programs and services and establishing this scholarship in 2007, the Washoe County District Health Department pursues the public health mission of health promotion, disease prevention and protection of the public and the environment, to improve the quality of life for all citizens of Reno, Sparks and Washoe County. Recipients shall be pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in the school of Public Health, have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be from Nevada or from northern California counties adjoining Nevada.
