Wishart Family Endowed Scholarship for the Colleges of Science and Engineering

A Yerington High School graduate, Edward F. Wishart ’59 (mathematics) was one of the early practitioners of computer science. Established in 2007, this scholarship is awarded to students pursuing a degree in any discipline in the College of Science or the College of Engineering. Awards are given to students in these colleges in alternating years. Preference is given to graduates from high schools in rural Nevada.
