Josef Waxler Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Lavina Atkinson established this scholarship to acknowledge the life of Josef Waxler and illustrate the importance he placed on education. Recipients shall be graduate and undergraduate students in nursing, with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference shall be given to applicants who are Nevada residents from the counties of Carson City, Douglas, Lyon and Storey. For graduate students preference shall be given to those pursuing a nursing practice track.
