Carmelina B. Grundel Endowed Scholarship

Carmelina Leone Bergeret Grundel 45 (dietics) had the highest four year grade point average of her graduating class and was awarded the Herz Gold Medal, and elected to the National Honor Society. Carmen passed away in 2007 and it was the desire of her husband of 63 years to honor her many accomplishments by establishing this memorial scholarship endowment in her name. Recipients shall be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree full-time at Nevada in (preference 1) Dietetics, Nutrition, or Nutritional Sciences or in (preference 2) Education.
