Rebati Misra Endowed Scholarship in Materials Science and Engineering

Manoranjan Misra, a long-time University professor of materials engineering, established this scholarship in 2007 in the name of his mother, Rebati Misra, out of respect for the living example of guidance, perseverance and hard work that she exhibited. Recipients will be full-time incoming freshmen pursuing a degree in material sciences and engineering. Recipients will have a 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to members of an under-represented group in engineering studies, such as women and minorities.
