Betty J. Heath Hoe Endowed Scholarship

In 1960, Betty received her Master s Degree in psychology from Nevada. In the early 60 s, she was instrumental in getting certain bills made into legislation that benefit mentally challenged children. Betty died on November 27, 2005 in Reno. She made provisions in her trust to fund this nursing scholarship in 2007. Recipients shall be nursing majors with a minimum 2.75 GPA.
