Brussard Scholarship in Ecology, Evolution & Conservation Biology

Among his many accomplishments at the University, Biology Professor Peter Brussard started the Nevada Biodiversity Initiative and mentored more than 40 graduate students and postdocs. Established at his retirement by his friends and colleagues, this scholarship was established in 2008. Recipients are graduate students studying ecology, evolution or conservation biology.
