Robert L. Helms Endowed Scholarship for CABNR

Established in 2008 in honor of Robert L. Helms for the purpose of promoting the higher education of persons in the fields of civil engineering and agriculture. Recipients must be full-time students pursuing a degree in CABNR and maintain a 3.0 GPA during the year they receive the scholarship.
