Gail and Charles Dickson Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Both Charles and his wife Gail Dickson ‘69 (education), ’80 M.A. valued education. Although he never completed his own degree, Charles supported Gail as she completed two education degrees while they raised their family. In 2011, their family established this scholarship to help women complete bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education or a master’s degree in Elementary Literacy Studies. Students must maintain a 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to nontraditional students.
