Catherine Parsons Smith Endowed Scholarship for Music and Women's Studies

Catherine P. Smith taught music at the University for 31 years before achieving the position of Professor of Music, Emerita. She was also the principal flutist with the Reno Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2011, this scholarship was established in her name to benefit full-time students pursuing a degree in music or women’s studies with a 3.0 GPA.
