Fred and Thelma Epper Music Endowed Scholarship

Fred and Thelma Epper were long-time residents of Reno. Out of a lifetime love of music, Thelma made provisions for this scholarship, established in 2011, for students studying all types of music except those studying the guitar. Recipients will be pursuing a degree in music.
