John Jelavich and Karin (Bryant) Jelavich Endowed Scholarship

John Jelavich ’63 (economics) and Karin (Bryant) Jelavich ’63 (social psychology) met at the University of Nevada, Reno and married upon graduation in 1963. John has enjoyed a successful career in banking, and Karin has dedicated her life to education working as an elementary school teacher and later becoming Principal and Superintendent. Recipients shall be pursuing an undergraduate degree at the University of Nevada, Reno. Recipients shall be full time students who have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
