Terence E. & Frances Breen Terras Endowed Scholarship in Education

Terence E. Terras ’63 (business administration), ’87 M.Ed. (secondary education) and his wife Frances Breen Terras ’60 (elementary education), ’88 M.Ed. both grew up in central Nevada and spent the majority of their careers teaching in Washoe County. Their commitment to education prompted them to establish this scholarship in 2013 for full-time juniors and seniors in the College of Education. Recipients will have a 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students from Tonopah, Round Mountain, and Gabbs.
