Dena Kruse Memorial Endowed Scholarship

University Honor Court member and Nevada Legacy Society member Stephanie Kruse ‘91 MBA established this scholarship in memory of her mother, Dena Kruse, who joined the Cadet Nurse Corps in 1947 and worked as a registered nurse in Iowa for several years. In recognition of her mother’s commitment to caring for individuals and her belief in the impact of public health education, the scholarship supports students in the School of Public Health. The scholarship may be renewed for up to five years, with reapplications from recipients.
