Don W. Driggs Political Science Endowed Scholarship
A WWII veteran, Don Driggs was the first chair in the Department of Political Science. During his tenure, he established the Legislative Internship Program and the Congressional Internship Program, helping students begin their careers. Terry Garcia-Cahlan ’82 (political science and economics) established this scholarship in 2015 to honor his memory. Recipients will be full-time students pursuing an undergraduate degree in political science with a 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students who have participated in an internship program in the political science department.
