Scott & Nichole McLeod Scholar Leader Endowed Scholarship

Scott and Nichole McLeod are proponents and supporters of higher education in northern Nevada who established this scholarship in 2015. Scott has spent more than 20 years in different roles in the financial markets and is currently the president of NMG, a money management firm specializing in small cap stocks in Reno. The McLeods would encourage any future scholar leader recipient to have a strong desire for the financial industry and education. Recipients will be pursuing a pre-business or business degree in The College of Business with a preference given to students pursuing a degree in finance. Recipients will be a first-generation student with a minimum GPA of 3.25 to receive and retain the award.
