Douglas and Merrily Kronberg-Graham Graduate Mentor Endowed Scholarship

Merrily Kronberg Graham 72 (B.S., Geography) and 75 (M.S. Geology) has enjoyed a successful career in natural hazards mitigation and planning, and became the first Nevada State Flood Plain Manager. Merrily is also a member of the Mackay Executive Advisory Board. Her reason for establishing this endowment is to provide continuing support to the Mackay School of Earth Sciences and Engineering with a graduate student mentoring program. Established in 2016, this scholarship benefits full-time graduate students pursuing in any department of the Mackay School of Earth Sciences and Engineering (MSESE) with a 3.0 GPA. Preference shall be given to graduate students showing a passion for mentoring undergraduate students who are planning to pursue a graduate degree in any Mackay department.
