George and Kitti Butler ENVE Endowed Scholarship

George Butler had a successful career as Public Health Service Officer, then ran his own consulting company for many years in Reno. Looking back on his successful career, he is grateful for his education and Master s Degree in Environmental Engineering. He is inspired to support young engineering students and wants to encourage more students to pursue Environmental Engineering (ENVE) as a discipline. Recipients shall be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno with preference for junior and senior Environmental Engineering students in the College of Engineering with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
