Good Family Endowed Scholarship
Alice M. Good 78 studied journalism Reynolds School of Journalism and then continued to work at the University as a faculty member at the School of Medicine, College of Agriculture, Biotechnology and Natural Resources and the Cooperative Extension. She retired as a communications specialist emerita in 2005. She has always stayed close to the University participating in various events and groups, including the Retired Faculty Association. While attending the University, Alice s son, Michael Good 02 benefited from receiving scholarships and internships. He enjoyed his years of education and considers it his most important formative years. Alice and Michael have established this scholarship to support full and part-time students pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in journalism with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Preference for recipients with demonstrated financial need.
