Click Bond's Alex Carter Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Click Bond has been a pioneer in the aerospace industry since 1987. As the first employee of Click Bond, and a UNR graduate of the School of Engineering, Alexander B. Carter played a critical role in developing the technology and manufacturing processes that are the cornerstones of Click Bond today. Spending over 30 years with Click Bond, Alex rose to become the Vice President of Technology. He has left a legacy of technology, and a culture of curiosity and teamwork that will continue on as a part of Click Bond s DNA for all time. This memorial scholarship endowment was created to honor the contributions that Alex made on his network of colleagues, friends, and family. Click Bond hopes his values will be passed onto to future recipient winners. Recipients shall be pursuing an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, engineering physics, nanotechnology (including minor) or materials science at the University of Nevada, Reno. Recipients shall be full-time sophomores or juniors with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 to receive and retain the award.
