William Sheldon Scholarship for Graduate History Students
Noticing a shortage of understanding of American history as well as Asian and European history, William Sheldon established this scholarship to elevate the liberal arts and facilitate enrollment in one of these areas. Recipients shall be full-time students pursuing a graduate degree in the History Department in the College of Liberal Arts and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 to receive and retain the award. Preference should be given to students who have experienced a break in educational attendance, and/or students who have expressed an interest in studying U.S. History.
