Brett Blagen Memorial Endowed Scholarship in Art

The Blagen family established this endowment in memory of the late Brett Blagen ’08 (art) to support aspiring artists. Born and raised in Reno, Blagen was proficient in American Sign Language, passionate about drawing, creating murals and painting specifically, oil painting. Recipients shall be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Art at the University of Nevada, Reno and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75. Preference shall be given to students seeking Art degrees with an emphasis in painting or drawing.
