Alta Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Endowed Scholarship for Nursing

Zach and Chelsey Gray, owners of Alta Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, established this endowed scholarship to support local students in pursuit of their nursing degrees. The Grays hope this endowment will shed much-needed light on the role long-term, skilled nursing plays in the health care community- highlighting it as an exciting option for a nursing career. Recipients shall be pursuing an undergraduate degree in the Orvis School of Nursing s Traditional Track BSN Program. Preference for students demonstrating an interest in long-term care, senior housing, skilled nursing or gerontology and a preference for students who graduated from a northern Nevada High School.
