Russ McCubbin Teaching Excellence Endowed Scholarship

Russ McCubbin established this scholarship in 2021 to support students who are committed to becoming K-12 teachers. It is his hope to ease some of the financial burden of student teaching. Recipients shall be full-time students in their junior or senior year pursuing teacher licensure in the College of Education & Human Development, with an expressed intent to teach immediately after graduation. Preference given to students who will be completing their required internship in the academic year for which they receive this scholarship.
