Cole-Wilbur Medical Student Endowed Scholarship

Through a provision in their trust, Nevada Legacy Society member Katherine Cole and her mother, Lois Wilbur, established this scholarship to help elleviate the financial strain on medical students, encouragin them to enter family and primary care fields. Cole and Wilbur hope to inspire others to make similar gifts so one day all University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine students can enjoy a tuition-free education. The scholarship may be renewed for all four years of medical school.
