John Moran Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The John Moran Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund was established by Leonore “Lee” Moran to honor her late husband and his deep commitment to education. John Moran, 10 Ph.D. (educational counseling & psychology), taught part-time in the information systems graduate program at the University where he developed lifelong relationships with his students. Recipients of this scholarship are required to be first-generation students pursuing an undergraduate degree in information systems in The College of Business. Preference will be given to students demonstrating high financial need who graduated from a high school in Nevada. The scholarship can be renewed for up to four years depending on funding availability.
