Nevada Latino Alumni Chapter Endowed Scholarship

The Nevada Latino Alumni Chapter Scholarship Endowment was established by NVLAC to help advance its mission to build a sense of community, support academic excellence, increase Latino graduation rates, and remove financial barriers to higher education for the next generation of Latino/a/x/e students at the University. Recipients are required to be first-year, full-time college students pursuing an undergraduate degree at the University with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 to receive and retain the award. Preference will be given to students who have demonstrated experience in or a commitment to working with Hispanic/Latinx communities, including community service in a local agency or nonprofit organization that serves Hispanic/Latinx communities.
