D. Jean Myles Archaeology Endowed Scholarship
The D. Jean Myles Archaeology Scholarship Endowment was established by D. Jean Myles to support the Nevada Archaeological Association, which she founded with her late husband, Robert “Bob” K. Myles. The goal of this fund is to encourage cooperation between professional archaeologists and enthusiasts while also protecting and advancing the study of archeological resources in Nevada. Recipients are required to be full-time students pursuing an undergraduate degree in anthropology with an emphasis in archaeology in the College of Liberal Arts, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and have graduated from a Nevada high school.
