Katerina Jones Diversity and Inclusion in Nursing Scholarship

The family of Katerina Jones 06 (nursing), 16 MSN established this scholarship to support a student who has positively contributed to the LGBTQIA+ community through concrete action to promote a more inclusive and equitable health environment. Recipients shall be full-time students with a minimum 3.5 GPA, pursuing a bachelor s of nursing in the Orvis School of Nursing at the University of Nevada, Reno. Preference shall be given to Level 1 or Level 2 nursing students and the donor desires that when awarding this scholarship, special consideration be given to students who have positively contributed to the LGBTQIA community.
