Nevada Gold Mines WiSE LLC Scholarship

In 2019 Nevada Gold Mines was formed as a joint venture between Barrick and Newmont, that combined significant assets across Nevada to create the single largest gold-producing complex in the world. This scholarship, originally established by Barrick, continues to receive support from Nevada Gold Mines in supporting women in the study of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Nevada Gold Mines support will provide one scholarship to one full-time participant in the Women in Science and Engineering (WiSE) LLC program. Preference for recipients with demonstrated financial need.
