Maurice C. & Joyce H. Fuerstenau Endowed Scholarship

A professor in the Mackay School, Maurice C. Fuerstenau was honored by his election to the National Academy of Engineering, the highest honor accorded American engineers. Established in 1991 with his wife Joyce, this scholarship is awarded to students with a 3.0 GPA. Recipients will be undergraduates majoring in one of the following disciplines, ranked in order of priority: metallurgical engineering, material science and engineering, geological engineering, and other mining-related fields.
