Smiley Klaich Bayless Nursing Scholarship

Smiley Klaich Bayless was a long-time RN who passed away in 1993. Kirk Addison Fay was a dear friend to Dr. Marshall Bayless 81 MD., Smiley’s son. After Kirk s passing, as a trustee of Kirk s estate, Dr. Bayless established this fund to help nursing students entering their junior year who are a U. S. citizen and Nevada resident with financial need, and have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Preference will be granted to graduates from rural Nevada high schools.
