Richard & Carolyn Banis Scholarship

Richard 67 (accounting) and Carolyn Banis 67 (speech/theater) 78 M.S. (speech pathology) have a special empathy for rural students who are attending college and know the financial hardships that a college education can pose for a rural family. Richard, in fact, was able to attend college with some scholarship assistance. The couple created this scholarship with the intent of helping a White Pine High School graduate who shows academic promise and demonstrates financial need.
