Nancy Cord Phelps Endowed Scholarship

Nancy Cord Phelps has been involved with foster kid and unwed mother programs in the area for many years. Nancy established this fund in 1997 to assist any single female students who graduated from an accredited rural Nevada high school in obtaining a higher education.
